The upstairs
section of the house is dedicated for
one triple bedroom with ensuite
toilet/wc and one double room with
ensuite toilet/wc .Each room has a
laptop, a
fridge, tea and coffee making
facilities. There is one downstairs
single room with family shared bathroom
and toilet.The single room also has a laptop.
The lounge
downstairs is tastefully decorated .As
we are music fans as well as movie fans,
this sunny lounge has a first class DVD
home theater with one big screen TV and
about 300 DVD movies and more than 100
music CD you could enjoy free of charge.

There are free
separate phone line (within city), free
broadband internet line ,a computer and desk in each
room. The use of fax facilities are also
available to guests at reasonable rates.
Guests can use laundry free. You will
enjoy a free laundry service every week
if you stay over 2 weeks . Guests
staying over 4 nights will enjoy a free
one way airport pick-up service by
Mercedes Benz .

our Auckland B&B. And
Howick Historical Village
("Our Living Museum" )is also just 2 kms
away from our accommodation. Howick ,
just few minutes (2 kms) away by car,
has many restaurants and cafes serving
excellent food and superb New Zealand
wines. Howick as one of the earliest
settlements in New Zealand has been one
of the four original settlements around
1847. Several of the original buildings
still exist and many of the streets are
named after the settlers. The 35 minute
ferry ride from Half Moon Bay Marina to
the city is a delightful way to see the
city harbour and Queen Street Down Town.
You can take a bus from the corner of
our driveway (2 min walk) to downtown
Auckland. It is a great enjoyment to
stroll down to Half Moon Bay Marina and
bike to Bucklands Beach or Eastern Beach
which lie within 1000 metres from our
Auckland Bed&Breakfast. There are over
500 berths in Half Moon Bay marina
alone! You could go swimming, fishing,
diving, surfing, golfing, tramping,
biking, etc. or venture further afield.
We have a beautiful and safe swimming
beach lined with Pohutukawa trees. Half
Moon Bay is one of the most desirable
suburbs, offering plenty of local
shopping centres and restaurants.
Auckland B&B
homestay is within easy reach of
Auckland's tourist attractions, about 25
minutes from either the airport or the
CBD, and has easy access to State
Highway 1 and all the main roads into
and out of the city. We provide free
secured parking in the yard.
Your host Mike has traveled widely
in New Zealand and overseas for business and
leisure, particularly in UK, Hungary, USA, Hong Kong, Japan and some
pacific island countries and will be delighted to share his
knowledge of Auckland and New Zealand with international guests .
If you stay in

We can also arrange for a rental car for you .If you want to migrate to New
Zealand, your host could provide Free immigration consultation after you arrive.
