that no others can beat in Auckland. Bookings during the high season will be made on
a "first come, first served" basis, early booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment.

To Book the room:
Simply fax or email us on the above email link, telling us your check-in and check-out time, bedroom type and intended period of stay and we will contact you. Your reservation is only confirmed after we have received your deposit by PayPal,
Western Union or
bank transfer.
We do not want to know your sensitive financial information like your credit card and your bank account No.
Due to excessive loss caused by fraudulent use of international credit cards, we
do not accept credit cards.
So you could pay the deposit through PayPal, Western Union or cheque .
And the rest of the rates upon arrival. You could register a PayPal or Western Union email account and log in and then send out instant payment in just a few minutes. When you send a payment using PayPal , Western Union or cheque , the recipient won't receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. spacious triple bedroom has a super "king-sized"
double bed (twin bed) , one single bed and one sofa
bed. However, we could turn it into a double room if
you wish.[ The king size bed can be converted into
two single beds if required]. Occupancy can be
single, double, triple or even four persons. But
normally it is twin shared or even occupied by a
single person.

Staying with Mike and his family was like staying
with old friends. It made coming to an unfamiliar
city on my own an adventure instead of a scary
experience.
My room was perfect and the meals were wonderful,
especially the dinner prepared by Landy.
I have recommended Mike's place to several friends

Flying in
from London at 5:30 am is not something one should
envy us for. Being welcomed by Mike & his family and
being introduced to Aucklanders like Mike is
something really special.
Envy no for that! Delicious day, fine cooking
(Mike's father *****!), warm welcome and even warmer
good-bye!
We will be back: friends do not part without an "lasta
la vista!"

My hosts - Mike, Landy and their son Mason are some
of the nicest, most generous people I've ever met.
They catered to my special diet, left me alone when
I wanted to be alone, and were warm and helpful as
necessary.
The room, house and location were perfect. The price
was right.
I recommend the Auckland homestay very highly.

Reservation: Deposit equal to first night's stay upon acceptance of booking
or 20% Deposit of the total bill required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation
Policy is if the reservation is cancelled more than 20 days prior
there is a half refund. Anything later than that there is no refund
of deposit. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. You will
be charged for all dates reserved, so please confirm dates
carefully.

Check-out time: 10:00 am
No arrivals after midnight.

pickup must be arranged via email in
advance.
Guests staying
over 4 nights will enjoy free airport
pick-up and drop-off service by Mercedes
Benz . We could also provide one-way airport pick up or
drop-off service at reasonable fees of NZ$40 by Mercedes Benz .
Guests will enjoy a free laundry service every week if they stay
over 2 weeks .
It is about 25
minute's drive from Auckland Airport to our Auckland B&B. Then it is
just few minutes walk from our B&B to Half Moon Bay Marina. The 35
minute ferry ride from Half Moon Bay Marina to Downtown Auckland is
a delightful way to see the city harbour and a quick access to Queen
Street Downtown. There is also a bus stop at the top of the road to
Downtown Auckland (a two-minute walk).
25mins drive to
Downtown, close to shops, bars and restaurants at Half Moon Bay
marina, 10mins drive to Pakuranga Plaza and Botany Town Centre.
10mins drive to Sylvia Park. 5mins drive to Free indoor heated
swimming pool at Lloyd Elsmore Park Leisure Centre.
